who said forgetting is hard?

I've started to exchange e-mails with the AIESECer in Colcata...
and im seriously amazed at how my English skills are getting worse and worse...I feel it...DAAAAMN
I can understand what's written, but when it comes to writing sentences, the words dont pop up in my head as it used to do when i was back in the States.
4years apart from an English-speaking environment is enough to bring me back to where I've started.
Pretty scary. Very scary.
Reading English texts is not enough, i guess...I really have to make more effort to write. My part-time job requires me to speak English (my boss is an English guy) , but not so much writings.

SOOOOO
if i have time( and if i feel like using my brain), ill write this blog in English. Dunno how long this is gonna last though lol

well, so, yes, Ive contacted the AIESECer in Colcata for the first time.
There is this one organization that im very interested in; its an organization that supports the children who have faced child labour, trafficking and various other problems. They also support women's vocational training.
Work will include many things (thats the way things work in a grass-root community, sure) from working in slums to negotiating with companies....everything is so new to me, so im just excited and scared at the sam etime. Yippy-yay. And of course i dont know what Colcata is like. MYSTERIOOOUS
:)
At this point im still waiting from the other organizations to respond to my e-mail, but my mind is kind of set already. Ill need to dig up more information about the organization and what my life will be like up there, but after asking loads of questions and letting them know what kind of person i am, i would love to offer myself to this organization. :)

OH
and not to forget
Im so grateful for my SS's commitment. REALLY, shes amazing...you should see how many English e-mails she has written for me, to introduce me to the many organizations that ive listed up as a candidate.
AND just for notice, HER ENGLISH IS GREAT. And the AIESECers in India also write fabulous English. Omg i feel so much pressure on me. lol

I chose this opportunity, i gained this opportunity
but I should never forget the fact that
so many people are working for this opportunity to work for me.
Thankyou is going to be the word that im gonna use the most this year, i guess.
